The entire budget of Four Village Studio is generated from a contractually established percentage of the franchise fees paid to the four villages by Altice USA and Verizon. Those funds are solely and entirely mandated to support the studio's ongoing operational needs. Local tax dollars are NOT USED to fund 4VS. To supplement the annual budget, the studio can apply for grants and/or accept donations from businesses, organizations or individuals. 4VS is non-commercial and cannot receive funding through the sale of air-time or the sponsoring of any studio program.
